Our computer system automatically collects the following data by using these cookies whenever you visit our web pages:

§ 5 Collecting and processing data by means of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis services provided by Google Inc. (”Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and facilitate analysis of your website use. The information generated by the cookie concerning your use of this website (including your IP address) is sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google uses this information to evaluate your website use, compile reports on website activities for the website operator and render other services associated with website and internet use. Google may send this information to third parties if this is prescribed by law or if third parties are to process this data on Google’s behalf. Under no circumstances will Google link your IP address with any other Google data. You can prevent the cookies from being installed by adjusting your browser settings accordingly; however, please note that if you do so, you may not be able to use all the website functions in full.

You can also prevent the data relating to your website use generated by the cookie (incl. your IP address) from being collected by downloading a browser add-on from Google Analytics and installing it on your browser. You will find this add-on at: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Please note that Google Analytics was extended by the code “gat._anonymizeIp();” on this website in order to guarantee that IP addresses are anonymised on collection (IP masking).

§ 6 Social media plug-ins

This website uses social plug-ins (”plug-ins”) from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by

Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”).

You can find an overview of the plug-ins mentioned above at: http://developers.facebook.com/plugins.

When you retrieve our website, your browser builds a direct connection with the Facebook servers. In doing so, Facebook sends the content of the plug-in to your browser. The browser then integrates the content of the plug-in into the website you have retrieved. For this reason, we have no influence over the scope of the data collected by Facebook, and are only able to pass on the knowledge we have at our disposal:

By integrating the plug-in, Facebook receives the information that you have retrieved our website. If you are logged on to Facebook, your visit can be connected with your Facebook account.

If you use the respective plug-ins, your browser will transmit the corresponding information to Facebook, where it will be stored. Facebook can find out and store your IP address even if you are not a member of Facebook.

Please refer to Facebook’s data protection declaration at http://www.facebook.com/policy.php for information concerning the scope of the data collected, the reason for collecting it, how Facebook will process and use it and the rights you have and settings you can adjust to protect your privacy.

If you are a member of Facebook and do not want Facebook to collect information about you through our website and link it to your Facebook membership data, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.

Please note that you can block social plug-ins by installing browser add-ons, for example “Facebook Blocker”.

§ 7 Transmitting personal data to third parties

In order to fulfil the contract, it may occasionally be necessary to transmit your personal data to third parties. These third parties will use the data transmitted solely for the purpose of meeting the obligations or performing the tasks incumbent on them. Your data will only be transmitted to government institutions or authorities if we or any other party is obliged to do so by law.

§ 8 Data storage period

Your personal data will only be stored for the length of time we require to render our services. From time to time, it may be necessary to store your data for longer in order to meet legal or statutory obligations.
