This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis services provided by Google Inc. (”Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and facilitate analysis of your website use. The information generated by the cookie concerning your use of this website (including your IP address) is sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google uses this information to evaluate your website use, compile reports on website activities for the website operator and render other services associated with website and internet use. Under no circumstances will Google link your IP address with any other Google data. You can also prevent the data relating to your website use generated by the cookie (incl. your IP address) from being collected by downloading a browser add-on from Google Analytics and installing it on your browser. You will find this add-on at: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

§ 6 Social media plug-ins
This website uses social plug-ins (”plug-ins”) from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by
Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”).
You can find an overview of the plug-ins mentioned above at: http://developers.facebook.com/plugins.
When you retrieve our website, your browser builds a direct connection with the Facebook servers. In doing so, Facebook sends the content of the plug-in to your browser. The browser then integrates the content of the plug-in into the website you have retrieved. For this reason, we have no influence over the scope of the data collected by Facebook, and are only able to pass on the knowledge we have at our disposal:
By integrating the plug-in, Facebook receives the information that you have retrieved our website. If you are logged on to Facebook, your visit can be connected with your Facebook account.
If you use the respective plug-ins, your browser will transmit the corresponding information to Facebook, where it will be stored. Facebook can find out and store your IP address even if you are not a member of Facebook.
Please refer to Facebook’s data protection declaration at http://www.facebook.com/policy.php for information concerning the scope of the data collected, the reason for collecting it, how Facebook will process and use it and the rights you have and settings you can adjust to protect your privacy.
If you are a member of Facebook and do not want Facebook to collect information about you through our website and link it to your Facebook membership data, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.
Please note that you can block social plug-ins by installing browser add-ons, for example “Facebook Blocker”.
§ 7 Transmitting personal data to third parties
In order to fulfil the contract, it may occasionally be necessary to transmit your personal data to third parties. These third parties will use the data transmitted solely for the purpose of meeting the obligations or performing the tasks incumbent on them. Your data will only be transmitted to government institutions or authorities if we or any other party is obliged to do so by law.
